EDIT: Due to Sydney Covid Cluster this event has been postponed date TBA
Well Sydney friends, Covid Life has been a strange old time - I don't get involved in too many events but Round She Goes has been a strong date in my diary since I first moved to Sydney. It's such an awesome event and I enjoy shopping and the social atmosphere of this great event as much as I enjoy selling and meeting people.
The last event was back in October 2019 - when the world felt such a different place, but my life has changed oh-so-much since my very first Round She Goes back in July 2014:

I've always specialised in 80's & 90's Vintage pieces, with re-working and upcycling being a key theme. Back in the beginning a lot of what I sold was upcycled in some way, but 7 years on and with the launch of Kitten Vintage, I've changed the way I do things.
These days I still sell amazing 80's and 90's vintage pieces but try to keep these as 'original' as possible. If I'm lucky I get a few amazing pieces from the 60's and 70's and like to mix and match into small collections that are all available to purchase directly on my website.
I still do upcycle but keep it nice and easy to shop with a double rack of amazing tops which always seem to work well with a little 'tweak', cropping to a box shape or adding some elastic here and there really brings the style up to the minute and easy to wear. Shop Remade Tops here.
My handmade range is now more streamlined into key pieces, shop the kit//ten range here, unfortunately due to current circumstances (no real markets for 18 months) it hasn't developed as quickly as I would like due to focussing my efforts in getting my website developed.
I've decided not to bring this range to the next Round She Goes event but you can come and visit me in my studio and see me working on this range at the Little Majestic Makers Winter Market (July 10th, 10-5pm Sydney Street, Marrickville).
So what can you expect from Round She Goes, Sydney July 2021?
Firstly it's moved to a much bigger venue so you'll have a bit more room to move and be Covid Safe. Still in awesome Marrickville (we're not gonna get you to haul across the city on a Saturday). It will be now held in PCYC on Illawarra Road, Marrickville. With over 60 handpicked stallholders selling women's preloved designer fashion, quality vintage and retro fashion, handmade jewellery and accessories. Saturday 3rd July 10am to 3pm. Entry $4. It's going to be the best shopping day ever!!!
I've been hoarding all these amazing pieces and I have so much stock I will have to have a serious edit to make my 3 racks shoppable - here's a sneak peek of some of the fabulous Vintage & Remade pieces that I will be bringing to Round She Goes next month:
